C.L.A.S.S Technical Support Helpdesk

The College of Letters, Arts, and Social Sciences has their own exclusive technical support helpdesk separate from central I&IT. This technical support team is provided to the faculty and staff during regular business hours.

Summer Business Hours: Monday - Friday, 7:00 a.m. - 6:00 p.m.

Requesting Technical Support

If you have a technical support request, please login to the online helpdesk system with your full Cal Poly Pomona email address and corresponding password.
