Forwarding Your Cal Poly Email

As a Cal Poly student, you already have a Cal Poly email account.  Please check it on a regular basis.  If you use another email service (Yahoo, Hotmail, etc.) instead, please modify your Cal Poly account to forward your mail.

To have your Cal Poly email automatically forwarded to the address you actually use, go to https://www.csupomona.edu/cgi-bin/intranet/user.pl, enter your Cal Poly user name and password, scroll down to "mail forwarding," uncheck "store in user mailbox," check "forward to;" and supply your email address.  If you’ve already done this, but have since changed email accounts, you’ll need to do it again.

Unless you've changed it, your Cal Poly email password is your date of birth on the format YYMMDD.  For example, if you were born on November 12, 1986, your default password is 861112.  (Note the unusual order, with the last two digits of the year coming first.)  If you have changed your password and don't remember the new one, go to the Help Desk in Building 1, room 100.
