Use of Extended University
Extended University Student enrollment/Payroll for faculty per Pam Stuart, ext. 4653 regarding process for enrollment and faculty payroll
A. STUDIO CLASSES (APPLIED MUSIC)
- Student enrolls at the "Extended University" office and pays fee:
$340.00 + 50.00 "administration fee" = TOTAL $390.00
per CFA contract negotiations, faculty will receive $34.00 per lesson in a 10 week quarterBiological Sciences Department
- Pam Stuart types a contract and mails to faculty person.
- Faculty returns contract signed
- At the end of the quarter, when grades have been turned in, the faculty will receive a check for the full amount. Faculty must inform Pam Stuart how to deliver the check, either via mail or pick up at the Extended University Office.
- Pam has been requested to keep the Music Department informed of any contract up-dates that would change the amount a faculty receives for Studio Lessons
B. REGULAR CLASSES
- Student enrolls at the "Extended University" office and pays Open University Registration
$28.00 per unit per lecture
$42.00 per unit per lab (Open University reimbursement amount to the Department)
- Monies are transferred to each Department to State account
- Faculty will receive a class list of all students enrolled thru Extended University and then later a Grade Roster for those students; these lists are separate from the regular University class lists
