The Cal Poly Pomona Downtown Center and Pomona Peer Resources collaborated for the second season of the Pomona Peer Theater. Funded primarily through Cal Poly Pomona, with additional support from the P.U.S.D. V.A.P.A. program and Pomona Peer Resources, the theatre troupe is comprised of volunteer high school students from all five high schools in the Pomona Unified School District. The troupe writes, produces, and performs original plays about teen issues, and toured to schools and community groups in April and May 2002.
