MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
By date of application, ABD in Psychology required; Ph.D. in Psychology preferred. NOTE: Registrar’s verification of ABD status required if not indicated on official transcript.


NOTE: Interested persons must submit originals of a completed academic application, curriculum vitae, an official transcript (“Issued to Student” is not considered an official transcript) from an accredited educational institution showing highest degree earned, and three (3) recent letters of reference (within the last two years and at least one written within 12 months of the application).

APPOINTMENTS
Part-time, temporary lecturer appointments are usually made for one academic quarter (approximately 11 weeks) at fractions usually ranging from 4/15 to 12/15 of full-time; multiple quarter appointments are possible. Incumbents may be reappointed to subsequent quarters contingent upon funding and favorable performance evaluations.

The University:
Cal Poly Pomona is a public university and one of 23 campuses in the California State University system. The College:
The College of Letters, Arts, and Social Sciences advances knowledge and learning in established academic disciplines in the humanities, social sciences, and performing arts. It provides introductory and advanced course work in more than 20 degree and certificate programs.
