FACULTY POSITION ANNOUNCEMENT
PART-TIME/TEMPORARY LECTURERS

DEPARTMENT OF ECONOMICS

The Department of Economics is seeking applicants for the part-time lecturer pool in economics.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

At a minimum, the applicant must possess a Masters Degree in Economics. A Ph.D. degree in economics or enrollment in a Ph.D. Program is preferable.

NOTE: Interested persons must submit a completed application form, curriculum vitae, an official transcript showing highest degree earned (from an accredited educational institution), and three (3) recent letters of reference (Within the past 2 years).
TEACHING AREAS:

Principles of Microeconomics and Principles of Macroeconomics

APPOINTMENTS: Part-time, temporary lecturer appointments are usually made for one academic quarter only (approximately 11 weeks at fractions usually ranging from 4/15 to 12/15 of full-time; multiple quarter appointments are sometimes possible). Incumbents may be reappointed to subsequent quarters contingent upon funding and favorable performance evaluations.
