The Committee is advisory to the Dean concerning all issues related to students successfully completing a degree in one of the College’s majors. The creation of this committee is in response to the need to have a clear assignment of responsibility for assessing and monitoring students’ ability to succeed and to provide consistency across all departments in CLASS. The Committee must meet its charge while complying with University, Senate, and Chancellor’s Office Policy.
Membership
Each academic department offering a major or graduate program will select a faculty member to represent the department.
Meeting Schedule
The committee will meet on the second and fourth Monday of the month from noon to 1:00 in the College Conference Room (5-143B).
