Mary Haddad, Budget Analyst Mary's main responsibilities are monitoring the salaries portion of the Dean's budget, handling the human resources duties for the college (staff recruitments, evaluations, reclasses, reassignments, etc.), and miscellaneous related duties as assigned.

Equipment & System Specialist

Jim Koo is the Equipment/Systems Specialist who provides technical systems
support, including installation, maintenance, modification, and repair of equipment, products and systems. He ensures that equipment and systems are in good condition and properly maintained; troubleshoots technical issues and problems in system operations and related networks for the faculty and staff of CLASS

Computer Resource Specialist

Rich assists CLASS faculty and staff in the use of technology, and manages the college's computer classrooms. He supervises staff to oversee computer use within the college, and collaborates with his counterparts on campus to direct the use of technology campus-wide. Rich provides CLASS faculty and staff with the technological tools to get their jobs done efficiently.

Cathy assists the Director of Development in CLASS with all donations to the College, and assists the Director of the Colorful Flags program. She also helps the Dean and the Community Relations Coordinator with Community Outreach special projects.

Budget Analyst

Michaele's primary duty is aiding the Dean in overseeing the Operating Expenses of the College. If you have any questions regarding the budget, including accounts payable, purchasing, reconciling books, or excel worksheets, please contact her. Michaele also can answer questions related to travel, FADs, foundation accounts and grants, and assigned time. If you need information about minigrants or Presidential funding, please contact Michaele.

Lisa Nashua is the director of development for the College of Letters, Arts, and Social Sciences. Lisa received her Bachelor of Arts degree in Art History from Claremont McKenna College and a Master of Science degree in Leadership and Management from the University of LaVerne. With over fourteen years of experience in fundraising, she oversees development activities and external constituent relations on behalf of the college. The director works closely with the community outreach coordinator and the Cal Poly Pomona Downtown Center coordinator.

Jonnie Owens is the Community Outreach Coordinator for the College of Letters, Arts, and Social Sciences; works with the dean, faculty, students and external partners/constituencies to develop, implement, and support community-based activities, programs, and partnerships with the public, private, and not-for-profit sector; develops and oversees service learning activities.

Administrative Support Coordinator II

Grace's main responsibilities include coordinating the faculty appointment process at the College level. She prepares contracts and appointment documents based on information relayed to her by the 12 departments within the college. Grace also handles payroll certification for the College as well as monitoring the temporary lecturer pool.

Coordinator for Motor Development Clinic

Mary Stegemann is the Motor Development Clinic Coordinator. She uses a working knowledge and the ability to apply the scientific knowledge of human movement, motor learning, motor development, kinesiology, physiology of exercise, and human performance to various disabling conditions in order to assess, diagnose, prescribe, and implement individualized scientifically accurate movement programs for disabled children from ages 3-13 who live in the community. She also oversees the student clinicians in their interaction with the clinics clients and assists faculty by providing program development for the upper division and graduate classes associated with the clinic.

Director of the Motor Development Clinic

Dr. Perky Vetter is the Director for the Motor Development Clinic and Coordinator for the Adapted Physical Education (APE) Credential Program. Dr. Vetter's experience includes over 25 years of teaching physical education (regular and adapted) to all grade levels (Kindergarten through college-level). She has served Cal Poly Pomona as the Department Chair for Kinesiology and Health Promotion for 7 years as well as one year as the Interim Associate Dean for the College of Letters, Arts, and Social Sciences.
